Doron Petersan joins Chef Todd Gray for a vegan brunch at Muse in the Corcoran Gallery of Art. In addition to sharing bakery treats with guests, Doron will be onsite selling and signing her first cookbook, Sticky Fingers' Sweets: 100 Super-Secret Vegan Recipes.
Chef Gray will offer a special buffet of delicious, seasonal vegan items, including bananas foster vegan pancakes with caramelized baby banana, roasted mushroom and black walnut pate with toasted baguette, and smoked tempeh and roasted garlic cassoulet.
Art and Soul Mixologist, Ronald Flores, will be shaking up brunch with his Artini 2012 cocktail, Zeitgeist, and The Bumper Jacksons will provide live folk and traditional jazz music.
